Self Therapy 5


Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing great. I am back with yet another session of Self Therapy. Let me be honest, this week was not as cool as last week but it was cool enough on its own. To take a quick overview of previous sessions check here:

Talking about the past week, it has been about getting used to my new schedule. I started a night job which essentially means I had to reschedule my entire day accordingly.

I made it a point to hit the gym early morning after a 9 hour work shift. I’ll be honest it was not easy, but totally worth it. The week has pretty much consisted of work, gym and catching up on sleep.

In between the hassle of adjusting my schedule, I noticed something beautiful today. I had an uninterrupted 5 hour sleep. You must be wondering that is normal isn’t it? For someone who sleeps 2-3 hours a day it is not. It was great! One of the best I have had in a long time.

Another highlight of the week would be this friend I have made through my blog. She keeps a check on me and makes sure I have a great day. Coming across this amazing person was the last thing I could have ever imagined but what can I say, you can expect magic to happen at times?

In conclusion I would say that I am standing at a very exciting time in life. I am working on my mental and physical health while trying to balance my work. There have been difficulties in the past in doing so but I have a strong feeling that I will pull through this time around.
