I have read that diet plays major role in your body development. If you are someone who just focuses on working out or excercise to achieve body goals then it’s likely that you won’t be able to do so.
Workout goes hand in hand with diet. Diet is something that I personally struggle with myself. I am a meat lover and eating vegetables is an intricate task for me ?
However I have made some small changes and I am already starting to see progress. I have started having boiled eggs with a milkshake for breakfast. Other than that I have as many bananas as I can throughout the day.
Lastly I am working on increasing my water intake. All of these things combined do make a difference. I am still working on adding other things that would help my cause. What are some things that work out for you all? Do share in comments below ?
Veggies are hard for me too. I normally eat too much fruit. But I do have a 16oz bottle of water with every meal (6 a day).
Water is essential ??
I always find I lose weight when I focus on my diet. As far as exercise goes, I seem to do fine with walking (to include hills) without much extra added besides house/yard work.
Best to your fitness goals!
Thanks!! ?
Wow best fitness goals?
?️??
I have read your post, but you already know about my work outs and diets, so i just want to let you know, that i liked your post?
???
I typically have a protein shake as well. Cauliflower has become a good source of veggies as well. Why do you eat so many bananas?
Bananas are a natural antidepressant ?
Ah very nice! I did not know that. Thanks for the info.
I try to eat a lot of protein, veggies and fruit. I don’t buy junk food. I do eat out a couple times a week. I need to work on drinking more water. I don’t workout anymore except for walks. Having a healthy diet has been my focus. I should go back to doing yoga though
Your routine sounds really good. You don’t need to necessarily hit the gym as long as you’re doing something else like you mentioned yoga (or going for a run)
