In today’s entry in my depression journal, I want to emphasize the importance of exercise. Although I woke up with mixed feelings and a strong desire to stay in bed, I managed to motivate myself to get up, have breakfast, and head to the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the gym, I engaged in a variety of exercises, including treadmill running, mountain climbers, pushups, and planks. As I worked up a sweat, I experienced an indescribable but profoundly relieving sensation. It was the first truly relieving feeling I’ve had in quite some time.<\/p>\n\n\n
